Chef of the Hotel Miramonti Restaurant, has a clear goal in mind: to amaze you. Whatever your need, we are ready to answer you with passion.
This is not a simple "ready made sentence" but one with a beautiful truth.
In Forte dei Marmi you will discover the food and wine excellence that has always distinguished this territory: bread, pasta and desserts are artisan created and rigorously handmade each day.
The raw materials used (meat, fish, fruit and vegetables) are of the highest quality and locally produced.
The menu changes daily and an à la carte menu is proposed for lunch and dinner, with several choices for each course including dishes for vegetarians.
To all of this we add a sumptuous wine cellar, with 220 labels, to accompany our delicious dishes to the fullest. If you are undecided, our Sommelier will be happy to help you.
We pay maximum attention to those who have particular food intolerances.

Treat yourself to a break in a warm and refined environment
The Bar area is a pleasant and refined meeting place, ideal for taking a break and spending time in total relaxation.
The cafeteria prepares specialities (delicious snacks, fresh fruit smoothies and milkshakes) with a unique attention!
But not only. After 6.00 pm it’s aperitif time and you only have to choose the place to enjoy it, either in the private garden under the lovely gazebo, on the sun loungers by the pool or in the bar area of the Hotel.
The rich buffet with many homemade specialities is served in a large and cosy room overlooking the swimming pool.
Breakfast is served from 08:00 am to 10:30 am. On request it is possible to be served directly in the room by our staff.
Rooms with a balcony can be set up to enjoy your breakfast outside.
