Dear guests, we thank you for having chosen the Hotel Miramonti for a stay in Forte dei Marmi.
General Regulation
The Management and Reception are open 24 hours per day.
In case of departure before 8:00 am we kindly ask you to pay the balance the night before.
In general, the balance of the stay can be made at any time. Extras and tourist tax must be paid at the moment of the check-out.
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m.on the day of departure. If you would like to keep your room after 11:00 a.m. and we have the possibility and availability to do so, there will be a supplement you have to pay:
  • Up to 5pm 50% of the daily rate
  • After 5pm the rate of one night
  • We inform our guests that personal data will be treated with discretion according to the law 196/2003 and the payment transaction by credit card is to be considered SECURE, thanks to the certificate HTTPS Comodo SSL installed on that guarantees maximum security and confidentiality of your data.
    Advantages of direct booking
    The booking of a stay can be done through the direct booking system, with always the BEST CONDITIONS APPLIED.
    Reservations have a fixed discount of -10% from the official website only and include additional EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES which are:
  • FREE bike rental for all the rooms. (Which entails savings per person equal to 10.00 euros per day);
  • FREE parking inside the Hotel property, always covered and guarded;
  • We offer special Beach Service at the best price according with the period of stay.
  • Confirmation of Reservation
    During the HIGH season (June, July, August) at the time of booking a deposit equal to 20% of the total stay is required, a deposit equal to the amount of the first night in case of stays of less than 5 days. This deposit will be followed by sending a tax receipt (if the customer has not specified the need for electronic invoicing).
    During medium and low season (April, May, September, October) we simply require a credit card with the authorization to withdraw the first night of your stay and in case of cancellation this amount will be retained.
    During HIGH season (June, July, August) a 20% deposit of the total (or the first night) of your stay is required, which must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
    Following the deposit we will send you the receipt (unless the guest required a specific company invoice).
    If you would like to pay by bank transfer we will send you our bank details. In addition we will need the details of a credit card as a guarantee.
    We will confirm your reservation when the transaction takes place.
    At any time the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs.
    With reference to the legislation on the limitations on the use of cash (Law No. 208/2015), we can accept a maximum amount of €1999,99 in cash.
    Cancellation Policies
    In case of cancellation of the reservation:
  • Up to 10 days before arrival at the hotel, in case of cancellation the 20% deposit or the amount of the first night is lost.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before check in, involves the payment of the entire stay.

  • In case of "No Show", early departure or late arrival on the confirmed date, the total amount of the entire stay will be charged.
    In cases of late arrival, it is strongly recommended to notify the direction of the hotel.

    In the absence of prior communications, from 12:00 p.m. on the day following check-in, the Miramonti Resort reserves the right to resell the room without notice.
